Dual Brand Hyatt Building

Hyatt Place & Hyatt House

The Dual brand Hyatt building will incorporate half the building for Hyatt Place and the other half for Hyatt House (which include a kitchen with each room).

The project is a Design and Build project which involves a 15 story hotel and 7 story parking garage.

The project started construction late Fall and is scheduled to be complete February of 2019.
